Guy Fieri tells you about some of the best restaurants on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. But what he doesn’t do is give you a road map to get there. Sure, there’s an amazing place that does Asian fusion in San Francisco.. but how the hell do we get there, Guy?! That’s the same issue you might have today. We’re going to give you an in-depth introduction to the different kinds of female orgasms. But we aren’t going to tell you how to get there. That task is up to you! Just kidding, we'll help out with that too!

Props. We've got to give props to Amber Brenza at Prvention.com who helped us have a deeper understanding of the different types of orgasms. We'll start with the ones you probably haven't heard of before, and leave the most familiar for last. Let's start first with the "Skin Orgasm."

Skin. When it comes to experiencing a skin orgasm, all you need is some music you're interested in. Don't slack. You don't spend $10.99/a month on Spotify for no reason. According to Brenza, you've probably already experienced a skin orgasm before, but you probably thought nothing of it, as it might have felt just like chills. But it was much more than that.

Skin. Brenza writes, "The real name for these feelings? 'Frissons,' which are 'a musically induced effect associated with a pleasant tingling feeling,' according to a study published in the journal Frontiers in Psychology." So what causes you to feel these frissons, you ask? When something changes in the music that you don't expect, like "sudden key changes or quick jumps from soft to loud."
Have more? If you want to experience one knowingly, Brenza even helps to do that. The only problem? If you're not into classical, you're most likely not going to experience one. Brenza writes, "The only music linked with this phenomenon—at least thus far—is classical, where crescendos and chord changes abound."

Exercise. Ever experienced a coregasm? Well you will now that you've heard of one. But only if you're a fan of working out. If not, you probably won't be seeing the light of this orgasm anytime soon. These orgasms aren't the best of the best by any means, but you will certainly feel pleasure. All you've got to do is some sort of exercise that gets your heart pumping.

Core. Brenza spoke with Dr. Debby Herbenick, who is a sex researcher and author of the book "The Coregasm Workout." Brenza writes, "She says exercises like hanging leg raises are the most beneficial for an exercise O, since they work the lower abs. (Coregasms seem to start in your ab muscles before moving down to your lady parts.)" In all honesty, it's going to take a little work, you can't just do a bit of work and expect those coregasm results.
Blended. If you've never experienced a vaginal orgasm from penetration alone, you've most likely experienced a clitoral orgasm. Now when you blend the two together, you get something truly earth-shaking. The blended orgasm. According to Brenza they can be as short as one minute, and last up to 15 minutes. Sound yummy?

Orgasm. Brenza writes, " These twin orgasms have been known to last anywhere from 1 to 15 minutes, ending in a 'giant' orgasm (yes, the medical literature actually uses the word 'giant,' so you know it’s got to be good)." She spoke with Jane Greer, a New York-based marriage and sex therapist, who gave a deeper inside look at the key to the blended orgasm.

Blended. Greer said, according to Brenza, "Some women find that the best position for orgasm is missionary because their clitoris is also being rubbed through penetration." You can really achieve this sensation through teamwork. Allow your partner to help you out. She suggests missionary, but Brenza says that the woman on top will actually be just as successful. This is because you have more control over what feels good, speed, and the overall sensation.
Vaginal. It's for some reason very elusive for some women, but the G-spot or vaginal orgasm escapes many. Brenza writes, "vaginal orgasms are achieved more through intercourse than clitoral stimulation, and are described as 'whole body' and longer-lasting than clitoral orgasms. Women who report having vaginal orgasms may also be more likely to experience multiple orgasms."

Orgasm. Sounds divine, right? Well where the hell even is the G-spot? Brenza says not to lose hope. The absence of vaginal orgasms in your life doesn't mean it's impossible for you to have a G-spot orgasm. You just haven't been approaching it correctly. Open your legs, quiet your mind, and let's get to work. Brenza writes, "Researchers say the G-spot may be located on the front wall of the vagina. So the next time you’re getting it on, have your guy target that spot by entering you from behind."

Change. It might take a bit of effort, but determination is key. You may not get it on your first try. Brenza also says that change may benefit you in the long run. According to her, "According to a study from the Journal of Sexual Medicine, the longer sex lasts, the more likely you are to experience the big O. Changing positions can help your partner last longer."
Clitoral. Brenza descrbies the clitoral orgasm as quite standard, and it really is. It's the baseline orgasm. It's not even a base in baseball, it's almost just like swinging to warmup before the big game. But masturbation could be the key to these other orgasms later on. If you're all warmed up and prepped to participate in sex later on, you'll have a lot more fun.

You. Ladies, have you experienced all the different types of female orgasms? Were any of these new to you? Or are you fairly experienced sexually? We want to hear from you all! Let us know your thoughts, your opinions, and everything you’ve got to say in the comments section below. You know we love to hear from you!
