The link between exercise helping sexual pleasure isn't a new concept in any way. We've been doing it for as long as we've, well, been doing it. But as hard as we might try, getting a full workout during the week is a little too tough to do for some of us. Luckily for us, certain stretches that can be done in the comfort of your bedroom can help you have great sex, too. The obvious one. Kegels! There's no real mystery to the kegel stretch. You're working out your vaginal muscles, which tighten and release during sex. You can even do kegels while having sex. There are different variations of kegels, but they all benefit your vagina muscles - a benefit your man will love.

Seated straddle stretch. Put your legs in a v-shape while sitting and try to grab your feet. This encourages blood flow to the pelvic area, which makes for increased sexual sensation and easier orgasms. This is a common stretch, so it isn't going to be hard to work into your daily routine.

Seated leg extension. Sit in a chair, pull back your shoulders and stick out your chest. Make sure your feet are flat on the floor and your knees at a 90-degree angle. Grab the bottom of your chair with your hands and life one of your legs up until it is even with your hips and straight. After it is extended, slowly put it back down and repeat with your other leg.
Happy baby pose. "Lie on your back with knees bent in toward the chest, the soles of your feet flexed and parallel to the ceiling. Line your ankles up with your knees so your shins are vertical," Livestrong.com instructs. From here, grab the outsides of your feet while keeping your tailbone on the ground. Pull your legs down so that your knees are outside of your ribs. This one gets your hips ready.

Hinge. While kneeling, keep your knees bent at a 90-degree angle, then slowly lean back a few inches. This helps you work your back muscles, making it easier for your partner to access your clitoris. This also gives you a bit of a core workout for your abs, which gives him something to look at, too.

Plié. Also known as the ballerina move! The goal is to get your thighs parallel with the floor, but the stretch itself, even if you can't reach that far, strengthens your vaginal muscles. See - pretending to be a ballerina in adulthood has some very adult pluses!
Upward-facing dog. You've seen this yoga move in commercials, TV shows, advertisements and movies. It helps strengthen a ton of muscles that are used in many sex positions. You'll be stretching your glutes, arms, and lower back.

Bridge. Keeping your body in the bridge pose works wonders for your pelvic-floor muscles, reinforcing the female sex organs. This is another great ab workout. Basically, core workouts are great for sex!

Reclined butterfly. This one has a similar effect on your pelvic area to the straddle, but with more of a focus on the muscles that are "challenged" during multiple sex positions. Basically, you should always stretch your groin muscles for some quality intercourse, ladies.
Lower-back lie-down. The name of this stretch has us excited. Stretching while lying down? Yep! Lying on your back, bring your knees up to your chest and pull them down closer with your arms. This is for your lower-back muscles, which are important for great sex.

Plank. This one is pretty easy to do, but it's hard to maintain. You'll thank us for the results though. Talk about a core workout, right ladies?! This helps increase your endurance and stamina, which is good for working out, but better for sex.

Open-leg rocker. This one is a bit more complicated, but you're going to enjoy the outcome, according to master Pilates certification trainer and founder of The Sheppard Method in Los Angeles, Risa Sheppard told Livestrong.com. "As we strengthen our core, which includes the pelvic girdle, lower back and abdominals, it awakens not only the muscles, but all the pathways that help to enhance our sexual pleasure," she explained. "[And] the open-leg portion of the exercise creates flexibility in the inner thighs, making various positions more accessible.”
Squats. Yes, squats get you a great butt, but they also increase blood floor to your pelvic region. Squats also help prepare your for when you're on top, rocking his world. You don't have to do much to squat, so definitely add this into your daily routine.

Exercises. Aside from stretching, a number of easy exercises are also orgasmically beneficial. Easy workouts involving low-level weights are easy and are sure to make your feel sexier. Triceps dips and pushups are also beneficial.
